JOB SUMMARY –
The person will be in charge of managing day-to-day process-driven operations of the organization in context to the REVENUE strategic planning of the organization. The following are going to be the responsible areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES –
- Identify potential clients within the target market and complete appropriate research on the possible client’s business and equipment needs
- Build relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Partner with sales teams members to make contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Accommodate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Collaborate with design and production teams to make sure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.
- Become a topic matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions.
- Responsible to acquire all potential sales goals in accordance to the sales strategy for the organization.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS –
- Graduation/post graduation in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT field would be an advantage.
- Understanding of lead generation through portals like Freelancer, Upwork,, Guru, Social Media Channels, etc.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Retain a lively, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to figure independently or as a lively member of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written language skills; the flexibility to call, connect, and interact with potential clients.
