HR Trainee

Role overview

The Human Resources department will get assistance from the HR Trainee on a variety of duties and initiatives pertaining to hiring, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. This position gives you the chance to gain practical experience with HR procedures and processes while also developing the necessary skills for a successful HR career.

Key Responsibilities

–  Evaluate resumes and set up prospective applicants’ interviews.
–  Arrange interview times and inform applicants on the status of their applications.
–  As needed, support the initial interview or evaluation process.
–  Support in responding to questions and concerns from employees, elevating complicated problems to HR management as needed.
–  Encourage HR activities that are designed to improve employee relations and the work environment.

Requirements

–   A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or in a similar field.
–  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
–  Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to successfully multitask and prioritize tasks.
–  Capacity to manage sensitive material with secrecy; • High attention to detail and correctness in work.
–  Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
–  Prior HR work experience or internships are advantageous.
