Technical Lead (Web & Mobile)
Role overview
Designing, implementing, and maintaining high-caliber web and mobile applications is a major responsibility of the Technical Lead (Web & Mobile). Strong technical proficiency, strong leadership qualities, and the capacity to work well in cross-functional teams are prerequisites for this role in order to produce creative solutions that satisfy business needs.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist, mentor, and guide the web and mobile development team with technical matters.
– Take part in practical development tasks like coding, debugging, and solving challenging technical problems.
– Examine code to ensure that it follows coding standards and is of a high quality.
– Oversee the technical project planning, estimation, and implementation for mobile and web development.
– Establish project milestones, assign resources, and track developments to guarantee on-time delivery within the allotted budget and scope.
– Keep up with new frameworks, tools, and technologies that are pertinent to online and mobile development.
– Produce and update technical documentation, such as developer manuals, architecture diagrams, and design standards.
– To encourage ongoing learning and growth within the team, organize knowledge-sharing sessions and mentorship programs.
Requirements
– A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or in similar field.
– Demonstrated expertise developing mobile and online applications, with at least three years of experience in a technical lead or leadership capacity.
– Thorough understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and web and mobile technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Swift, Kotlin, etc.
– Solid grasp of design patterns, best practices, and software architecture principles for creating scalable, high-performing systems.
– Knowledge of DevOps procedures, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile approaches.
– Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.
