Role overview

Finding, luring, and employing exceptional people for the IT company are critical tasks performed by the HR recruiter. From determining staffing needs to integrating new personnel, they are in charge of overseeing the entire recruitment process. The HR recruiter works closely with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create efficient recruitment plans.

Key Responsibilities

–  Find, filter, and speak with individuals to determine their suitability for different IT positions within the organization and their qualifications.
–  Work together with recruiting managers to identify staffing requirements so that job descriptions and specifications can be created appropriately.
–  Create efficient recruitment plans that make use of job boards, social media, professional networks, and other avenues in order to draw in top IT talent.
–  To guarantee a great candidate experience, cultivate and preserve relationships with applicants through efficient communication and prompt follow-ups.
–  Help with the new hires’ onboarding procedure.

Requirements

–  A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or in a similar subject. Having relevant certificates in HR administration or recruitment is advantageous.
–  Demonstrated recruiting experience, ideally in the IT sector. It’s highly desirable to be familiar with IT responsibilities, technology, and trends.
–  Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities, as well as the capacity to interact productively with hiring managers and candidates.
–  Excellent time-management and organizing abilities, including the capacity to prioritize work and fulfill deadlines in a hectic setting.
–  Capacity to work well with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to accomplish recruitment objectives.
