Role overview
As a Business Analyst (BA) in an IT company, Your main duty as a Business Analyst (BA) in an IT company is to close the gap between the technological solutions and the business needs. Working together with clients, project managers, developers, and testers, you will collect and evaluate requirements, create solutions, and guarantee the timely completion of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
– Closely collaborate with stakeholders to gather, examine, record, and verify business requirements while making sure they are in line with strategic goals.
– Work together with technical teams to transform business needs into wireframes, functional specifications, and system workflows.
– Use data analysis to find patterns, gain insights, and aid in decision-making.
– Aid in the adoption of new procedures or systems by offering end users post-implementation assistance, documentation, and training.
– Create all necessary documentation, such as the Project Vision Document, Business Analysis Plan, BRD, FRS, and FSD, from the beginning of the project to its completion, in order to provide the client with the best possible business solution.
Requirements
– Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or in relevant.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to comprehend intricate business procedures, pinpoint the sources of problems, and suggest workable fixes.
– Proficient written and verbal communication abilities to engage with a variety of stakeholders lead workshops and precisely and succinctly record needs.
– A fundamental understanding of databases, IT systems, and software development processes to facilitate successful communication with technical teams and the conversion of business needs into technical specifications.
– Meticulous attention to detail to guarantee accuracy in the processes of testing, solution design, and requirement documentation.
