Maintaining the work culture of organisation by implementing various HR policies of our
organisation.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Strong interest in IT recruitment and HR operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc)
