HR Executive

Role overview

An HR executive will be in charge of overseeing several facets of human resources, making sure everything runs smoothly, and creating a positive work atmosphere. Recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, enforcing policies, and adhering to labor regulations fall under their purview.

Key Responsibilities

–  Find, evaluate, and interview applicants for a range of jobs inside the business.
–  Hold new recruit orientation meetings to make sure they fit in with the company’s procedures and culture.
–  Serve as a point of contact for concerns, issues, and questions from employees.
–  Encourage a healthy work atmosphere by implementing employee engagement programs and efficient communication.
–  Put in place and oversee performance management procedures to assess worker performance.
–  Determine what needs to be learned and developed based on performance reviews.
–  Create and execute HR policies and processes in accordance with business policies and labor legislation.
–  Ascertain that every employee understands and complies with HR regulations and procedures.
–  Keep accurate and current records of all employee information, including leave, attendance, and personal data.
–  Draft and distribute HR-related paperwork, including termination letters, offer letters, and employment contracts.

Requirements

–  A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management, or a relevant department. Possessing a master’s degree would be advantageous.
–  Track record of success in HR positions, ideally in the IT sector.
–  Knowledge of HR procedures including hiring, managing performance, employee relations, and compliance.
–  Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities.
