HR Intern
Responsibilities
– Screening resumes and selecting appropriate candidates for further interview rounds.
– Taking telephonic interviews of candidates to assess their eligibility.
– Maintaining the work culture of organisation by implementing various HR policies of our
organisation.
– Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical roles.
– Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Who Can Apply
– Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
– Strong interest in IT recruitment and HR operations.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc)
