Senior Business Development Executive

In an IT company, your role as a Senior Business Development Executive will entail expanding the company’s market, forming strategic alliances, and gaining new clients. Key Responsibilities

–  Researching the Market and Developing Strategies.
–  Build and preserve a solid rapport with current customers in order to learn about their wants, respond to their worries, and spot upselling and cross-selling chances.
–  Efficiently oversee the sales funnel from the point of contact to the finalization of a contract, guaranteeing punctual follow-ups and precise documentation of sales endeavors.
–  Work with clients to achieve win-win agreements by negotiating terms, prices, and contracts.
–  Assist junior business development professionals by offering advice and mentoring, promoting a climate of excellence, cooperation, and ongoing learning.

Requirements

–  A bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business administration, or a relevant subject. It is advantageous to get further certifications or professional credentials in business development and sales.
–  At least two years of relevant experience and a track record of success in business development or sales positions within the IT industry.
–  Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities to evaluate market dynamics, spot possibilities, and create workable plans to meet company goals.
–  Exhibited leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and encourage teams towards accomplishing shared objectives.
–  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas effectively and persuasively.
